The folks at the New York Resident were the absolute worst clients you can imagine, as a web designer. I was young and dumb, but they took advantage of me in every possible way. Not in that smart way where you're like, "hat's off, I was dumb," but in the most despicable way possible. I wish pestilence and plague on their business.
Yet, the site still seems to be functioning quite well for them after four years or so. LUCKY THEM.
